True Properties currently operates a full-service real estate management business, from consulting work, design, renovation of office buildings and project management, inspection and certification of building standards, engineering system inspection services, construction management and inspection (Project Management & Construction Management), maintenance services of building systems and various services located in Bangkok and other provinces, such as management of True Tower buildings under the management of Bualuang Office Leasehold Investment Trust (B-WORK).
The 101 True Digital Park project on Sukhumvit 101 Road is another mixed-use real estate development that stands out in terms of innovation and responds to the digital economy with a modern space design that meets building standards, complete with technology systems and facilities to create a complete ecosystem for startups and technology businesses.
